1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For grant of 1st time bound promotion w.e.f. 24.07.95 after completion of 10 years of service in the light of Resolution No. 10770 dt. 30.12.1981 of Finance Department.

(II) For grant of 1st A.C.P. w.e.f. 09.08.1999 after completion of 12 years of service.

(III) For grant of 2nd M.A.C.P w.e.f.

01.01.2009 after completion of 20 years of service.

(IV) For grant of 3rd M.A.C.P w.e.f.

24.07.2015 after completion of 30 years of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7538 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 service.

(V) For grant of all consequential benefits including revision of pensionary benefits."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Bihar Panchayati Raj Officer, Arwal i.e. the respondent no.04 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Bihar Panchayati Raj Officer, Arwal, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
