2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) , 238 , 3(5) of the BNS.

The prosecution in brief, is that on 28.12.2024 at 06:00 AM in the morning informant received information that the dead body of unknown lady is lying in the field situated near Narha Narwara road. Upon such information , informant went on the spot and found that the dead body of lady aged about 25 years lying in the aforesaid field. During investigation , dead body was identified by father of deceased who alleged that his daughter was married to one Praveen Kumar. He further stated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27020 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/3 that on 31.12.2024, he was informed by his "Samdhi" namely Baiju Rai that his daughter was missing from his house . In this regard, father of deceased has also given written statement wherein informant suspects that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of daughter of informant and also disposed the dead body of deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only because he happens to be Bhaisur of the deceased. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of couple . Thrust of accusation is against the husband of deceased who is already in custody . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, clean antecedent and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Sheohar in
