The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 138D of the Indian Electricity Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent. He has not tampered the meter. Meter has been installed in presence of the authority as per rule. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44272 of 2017 (3) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Spl. Judge (Electricity) Magadh Division, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 171 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
