The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s directions commanding the respondents to grant the benefits of M.A.C.P. (Modified Assured Career Promotion Schemes) to the petitioner as per M.A.C.P.S.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19137 of 2015(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 rules 2010 and provide all monitory benefits to the petitioner with statutory interest. "

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. 3.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
