A counter affidavit has been filed, after due service upon the Advocate Clerk to the counsel for the petitioner, as far back as 30th September, 2015, no rejoinder has been filed. If the petitioner has settled the accounts of the amount of Rs.4,82,000/-, which he has withdrawn under various heads, then the left over issue now be settled and decided which includes his pension and gratuity. If it has not been done, the petitioner is still free to do so.
