Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that due to inadvertence,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7751 of 2019(3) dt.09-05-2019 2/3 the place from where the petitioner retired on 28.02.2017 as Assistant Engineer is from the Sub Division Office, Baisi, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and again due to typographical error in the writ petition, the Department of respondent no. 2 to 5 would accordingly be Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and not Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. He further submits that as a consequence, the direction to file a representation would be before the respondent no. 3, the Engineer-In-Chief, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and not the Department of Road Construction, Government of Bihar, Patna.

Considering the statement made in the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner, the name of the department of respondent no. 2 to 5 would be read as Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and the department from which the petitioner retired would be Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna instead of Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna as also the direction to file a representation would be before the respondent no. 3, the Engineer In-Chief, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.
