2. The petitioner seeks bail in Amnour P.S. Case No. 57 of 2006 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

3. The allegation is that the husband had killed the sister of the informant. The police after investigation submitted the final report. Cognizance was taken in the year 2014 after submission of final report by the police in a case of the year 2006.

4. Considering that the petitioner was running away from the processes of the court, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27801 of 2026(3) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months if the trial is not concluded.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima face in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
