The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petitioner is regarding declaration of headquarter of the Gram Panchayat Raj as also approval of the site for construction of the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan of Gram Panchayat Raj Ghurghura Hanuman Nagar.

Looking at the nature of the dispute raised in the instant

Patna High Court CWJC No.19826 of 2011 (6) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 writ petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner may file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate concerned within four weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed, the District Magistrate shall be required to examine the issues raised in the representation and pass a reasoned order within two months from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
