Ground for modification is that in the above criminal miscellaneous by mistake in order dated 03.04.2019 in the first paragraph and in the satisfaction portion in place of "Chandauti P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018" it has typed as "Chandauli P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018".

Now on oath, it has been mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioner that the correct police station is "Chandauti P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018".

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.24830 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the averments made in the petition, order dated 03.04.2019 is modified to the extent that wherever the"Chandauli P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018" is mentioned in the order dated 03.04.2019, it may be read as"Chandauti P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018" and other part of the order shall remain intact.
