The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar Mahila P. S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case co-accused Firoj Ali and Rehana Khatoon having similar allegation have been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 28910 of 2016 by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.
Learned APP fairly submits that two co-accused have been allowed pre-arrest bail.

No.11295 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Sadar Mahila P. S. Case No. 8 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
