2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.10 of 2024 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that while the informant along with other family members was in her house, all the accused persons entered the house and started hurling abuses to the informant. It is further alleged that petitioner no.1 gave iron blow on the head of the informant, petitioner no.2 outraged her modesty and other accused persons assaulted the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between both the parties. The injuries sustained by the injured are found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to cooperate in the investigation.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.10 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
