2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 251 of 2024 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased got married to one Soni Devi who is the mother of the petitioner. The petitioner used to threaten the deceased that he will kill him as he has got married to his mother. Subsequently, it is alleged that he has killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner, in his self-inculpatory statement has confessed his crime and other materials have also come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2024 and in the trial out of seven witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
