2. Multiple directions have been issued to the concerned respondent. Insofar as monetary benefits are concerned, it has been paid on 07.02.2024. The petitioner is disputing quantum of amount. If he is disputing the quantum of amount with reference to monetary benefits that cannot be examined in the contempt of court proceedings.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 1148 of 2023 stands dropped. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority in respect of any miscalculation of monetary benefits. If such representation is submitted the concerned authority is hereby directed to examine and appropriately communicate the decision as to whether difference of amount as claimed by the petitioner is permitted or not?
