The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the morning of 27.01.2019, Mina Devi, wife of Bishun Dev Choudhary (petitioner no. 1) came at the door of the informant, Ram Lagan Chaudhary, and started to abuse. When the informant tried to convince Mina Devi then all petitioners along with Mina Devi and Mukesh Kumar having lathi and danda started to cause assault to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27106 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 informant, in which, he sustained injury at his head. When Chandan Kumar and Paswan Kumar, sons of the informant, came to save him then both were assaulted by the petitioners causing head injury at their head.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute occurrence took place. Further submission is that injuries, as found on the person of the informant and sons, are simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsarif, in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
