The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/427 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The prosecution case is that the informant was sitting in his vehicle when 7-8 persons surrounded his vehicle and out of them co-accused Rajital Chaudhary exploded bomb on his vehicle which caused injury on his head. Petitioner Loha Chaudhary resorted to fire on the informant which hit on his right hand whereas Kusum Chaudhary also resorted to fire which hit on his left hand. Other accused person also resorted to fire.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56818 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant sustained injury on his right hand which is not vital part of the body.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.159/2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
