2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.306 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 109, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024 and he has eight criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28386 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Samastipur/concerned Court below, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.306 of 2024.

7. One of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Kalyanpur Police Station, Samastipur on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
