03-04-2015 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-8.
The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has assailed the appointment of one Smt. Aruna Devi as Aanganbari Sevika in Ward no.6, Patna West.
Of course, at the time of hearing of the present writ petition, a prayer is being made for allowing the petitioner to implead Smt. Aruna Devi as Respondent, the Court proposes to dispose of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a proper complaint along with affidavit before the concerned District Magistrate as per guidelines of Clause-8 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.8617 of 2008 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 the State of Bihar regarding appointment of Aanganbari Sevika/Sahayika. If such complaint is filed by the petitioner within eight weeks from today, the Court expects that the District Magistrate, Patna may get the matter inquired and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such complaint. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
