Case No. 161 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
