JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(I) To quash the order contained in Memo No.941 dated 10.12.2008 (Annexure 2) passed by the Dist. Program Officer, Rohtas by which appointment/ selection of petitioner as Aanganbari Sevika has been cancelled and by the same order direction has been given for fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.25010 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 selection from merit list.

(II) To direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work as Aanganbari Sevika at Aanganbari center no 74."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
