2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 461 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has offered to pay maintenance of Rs. 5000 per month to the informant.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2024 and also considering the fact that he is ready to pay the maintenance to the informant, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31822 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 461 of 2021.

6. As a condition of this aforesaid order, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 5000 per month in the bank account of the informant every month by 10th of each month. The payment of maintenace amount will begin from the month of July 2024. The payment for the month of July, 2024 will be paid before 25th of July, 2024.

7. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 will provide the account details of the complainant to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
