T The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Saur Bazar (O.P. Patarghat) P.S. Case No.2 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged that on 31.12.2017 at 2 P.M. while the informant was sitting at his door all the named accused persons armed with weapons came at his Darwaja hurling abusive language uttered that where is Ajit and Ranjeet whereupon the informant came out. In the morning there was hot discussion and they entered into the house and Rupesh gave a Farsa blow causing injury and when his son came to

Accused Alok Kumar also assaulted his nephew and Hare Ram Singh took away box containing cash amount and documents of landed property. The petitioner has criminal antecedent which has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused who is main assailant has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will pass an order taking into consideration that main assailant has been granted bail.
