No. 6412 of 2005 and other analogous cases by Learned Single Judge on 27.10.2010, rejecting the relief for appointment; the order passed in L.P.A. No. 210 of 2011 on 10.09.2012, dismissing the appeal and affirming the decision of the Learned Single Judge; and the order of Hon'ble Apex Court, refusing to interfere with the decision of the Learned Single Judge and the Division Bench in relation to appointment under the Bihar Legislative Assembly for the advertisement relating to the year 2001.
