The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching the amount of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.02.2019. He further submits that petitioner is a Life Insurance Adviser in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29191 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019.
