28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-3 and Sri Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Zila Parishad, Ara.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Ara submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied with and such fact has been incorporated in the show cause. The submission made by learned counsel for Zila Parishad was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, he raised claim that since payment has been made belatedly, the petitioner is entitled for interest.

Since there was no such specific direction to pay

Patna High Court MJC No.3687 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 interest , no positive order in the present proceeding can be passed.

The petition stands disposed of.
