The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 608 of 2017, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

[ Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that charge-sheet has already been submitted on 25.04.2019 and no witnesses has been produced for examination. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.02.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Case No. 608 of 2017.
