01-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused fire-arm injury in the jaw of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that prosecution case is false and has been filed in the background of Panchayat election. The petitioner is in custody since 21-03-2020. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

However, counsel for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation of causing fire-arm injury in the jaw of the informant, which is duly supported by the injury report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application of petitioner is rejected.
