JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 This application has been filed for modification in the order dated 06.07.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31232 of 2023 where one of the conditions was imposed by this court that 'one of the bailors shall be deponent of the present bail petition'.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that deponent, in the concerned bail petition, is the sister of the petitioner, who has no sufficient movable or immovable property, therefore, she cannot be a bailor of the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission as aforesaid, in place of condition that 'one of the bailor shall be the deponent', it should be read as 'one of the bailor shall be the family

4. This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 06.07.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31232 of 2023.
