The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the informant by iron rod and 'lathi' and snatched gold chain from his neck.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general when the injury has been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned Court below consider prayer for regular bail of petitioner no.1

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56848 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 Gautam Bhagat, if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.237/2014, pending before the learned CJM, Siwan.

With the above observation, this application with respect to petitioner no.1 is, accordingly, disposed off. So far as petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, since they are ladies, let them be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.237/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
