01-04-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GA-1, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the competent authority for the relief sought for in the present writ petition.
The Court expects that if such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Purnea within eight weeks from today, the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such

It is made clear that if the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department finds the claim of the petitioner as genuine, he may pass appropriate order for making payment of the claimed amount of the petitioner without any delay.
