Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with G.R.P. Bakhtiyarpur (Barh) Rail P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 323, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 145, 146, 1`47, 150, 174 of the Railway Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely due to village politics. The allegations levelled against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Petitioners' name has surfaced on basis of secret information.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Patna in connection with G.R.P. Bakhtiyarpur (Barh) Rail P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
