JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Mr. Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel appearing in support of the writ application, states that the writ application was filed questioning the order of suspension, which has since been revoked. However, it is submitted that inspite of revocation of the order, he is not getting his regular remuneration. As there is no pleading on this aspect , no effective order can be passed by this Court. If the facts are correct, the authorities will look into and remedy the situation immediately. With this observation, this writ application is disposed of as infructuous.
