12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case no. 274/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 307 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually there were certain differences between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2. The petitioner was in fact residing in village and the informant was residing in Shashtri Colony, Jamui where she is working as a teacher.

He submits that the informant only to wreck vengeance on him has filed the present case since she has relations with

Considering the nature of allegation made and that admittedly both the parties are living separately from each other, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 274/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
