2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dhaka (Panchpakri) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation is of looting the informant of Rs. 1,500/- along with his bag containing gift items and mobile phone.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. He has also submitted that coaccused Biswanath Sahani, who has been seen in CCTV has

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dhaka, Sikrahana East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Panchpakri) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2020, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
