The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 448 of 2017 arising out of Shivsagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, neither the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating material has been recorded in the Case Diary against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 02.08.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
