Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2023 and there is recovery of 190 litres of English wine from his possession and he has four antecedents.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the period of custody and recovery of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27932 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
