2. It seems to be a completely misconceived application.

3. If the petitioner has taken benefit of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47708 of 2023 and later on upon finding that he had concealed his criminal antecedent, the learned court below has cancelled his bail bond, the only option left with the petitioner was to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail.

4. In case, the bail bond has not been cancelled, in terms of the order of this Court, it is for the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34931 of 2024(2) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 to take appropriate steps.
