2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gidha Police Station Case No. 153 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has not been arrested from the spot and his name has come in the confessional statement of one Sonu Kumar.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.01.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28307 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024, subject to the condition that the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Gidha(Koilwar) Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
