Mr. Uday Kumar =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that other retiral dues have already been settled. However, arrear of pension has not been paid.
It is evident from the counter affidavit that certain amounts are outstanding against the petitioner, for which advance had been paid to him for execution of certain work. That could be one of the reasons why the final settlement is stuck up.
Let the petitioner either account for or accept the amount and pay up, so that the final settlement,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16878 of 2014 dt.20-08-2016 2/2 including the arrears etc. can be made and paid to the petitioner.
Writ application is disposed off with liberty, as above.
