The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case no. 193 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of torturing of the sister of the informant by her husband Mukesh Kumar Ram for nonfulfillment of demand of motorcycle in dowry for which sister of the informant committed suicide on 29.05.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, sister of the informant.. Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner used to reside separate from the husband of the deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44025 of 2017 (3) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 the F.I.R itself the informant has made allegation of demanding of motorcycle by husband of the deceased, sister of informant, and torturing for the same by him.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
