JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Town Hajipur P.S. Case No.283 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 324, 326 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner in which son of the informant was killed due to firing made by coaccused Abhishek Kumar, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
