2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.05.2018 at 8.30 PM, while informant was returning home on his motorcycle, the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner surrounded him and started assaulting him with butt of revolver, due to which, the informant fell down. It is further alleged that accused persons also took away cash of Rs. 42,000/-, gold chain worth Rs. 12,000/-, mobile phone alongwith other valuable articles and documents.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27845 of 2023(3) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused Rishav Kumar. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
