In the present case, petitioner is seeking relief for appointment of Panchayat Teacher. He has approached this Court straight way without exhausting alternative remedy by filing appeal as provided under Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Employment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2006 and as such this writ petition per se is not maintainable.
Patna High Court CWJC No.25607 of 2013 (2) dt.19-12-2016 The petitioner should first exhaust the remedy. This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
