2. Learned Counsel for the State submits that vide order no.2 dated 13.11.2024, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and vide order no.3 dated 18.03.2025, again no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. And today also, upon repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.8449 of 2016(4) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this case and therefore, this writ petition is hereby dismissed due to non prosecution.
