2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner had sold the victim and got her married in Rajasthan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28815 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and also the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pinki Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported as 2025 SCC OnLine 781, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this application is dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial of the petitioner and other accused within six months.
