Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 26.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47715 of 2018 and the allegation is of kidnapping and demand of Rs.1.5 crores.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the other accused persons have been granted bail in this case by a different Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2018 and up till now even the charge has not been framed..

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail and perused the report from which it appears that the case is pending for hearing on the point of charge, but due to filing of petition by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26331 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 one accused after another, same could not be framed.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the process of framing of charge. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
