JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-11-2020 Heard Mr. Babu Nandan Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Brajendra Nath Pandey, Additional Public Prosecutor for the state through video conferencing.

2. After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail afresh after two months from today.

3. A report, vide order dated 28.09.2020, from the court of Additional Sessions Judge-13, Rohtas at Sasaram was called for and the said report has been received. From the perusal of the same, it appears that out of eight charge-sheet witnesses, seven have been examined. Only I.O. and one more witness, namely, Ashok Singh are yet to be examined. The report further discloses that the trial is likely to be concluded

4. Permission is accorded.

5. The instant application for bail stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
