JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the State and the informant.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 427, 504, 379, 447, 448, 354, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is contended that there is case and counter case between both the parties. The specific accusation of firing is against coaccused Ram Ishvar Yadav, however, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further contended that seven co-accused persons, who are on identical footing, have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58368 of 2015 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 2.12.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.54512/2015.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Lalit Yadav, Matang Yadav @ Ramanuj Yadav and Nanhak Yadav @ Shailesh Yadav be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No.67/2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section
