JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority against the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Katihar in Appeal No. 14 of 2010.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State
