Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 556/2015.
From the records it appears that there is sufficient material against the petitioner. As such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 556/2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55101 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 prays for regular bail, his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. With the aforesaid observation, this case is dismissed.
