The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sadar (M) P.S. Case No. 512 of 2014 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
